I don't know about the rest of you but the recent Canadian postal strike not only delayed the delivery of some of my mail: some of it seems to have been irretrievably lost. Despite the fact that the postal strike is over and has been for over a month, the mail held back during that time has never arrived. One of those pieces was a letter from the Federation of Canadian Artists accepting my application and my work for Active membership.
I must admit I feel a bit tickled to be accepted and look forward to my association with this esteemed organization.
